Cilite evolves into Fulgella at level 30.
Cilite is a dual Water/Light Pokemon meaning it is weak to Grass and Ghost attacks.
Cilite's body and tentacles are blue, its lower portion is cream. Its spout area is transparent but the wavy lines glow multicoloured and flow from the top to bottom. Thus when a school of Cilite swim by your boat at night, it is a beautiful sight to behold, as you are fixated on their neon glow refracting through the water.
Cilite has a good array of attacks, ones to confuse the opponent, raise its own stats, as well as an array of Special moves to compliment its 75 Sp Atk, its strongest stat. Just watch out for its double weakness to Grass attacks. Cilite's name is based on cilia and light.
