Glorb evolves into Strobella at level 16.
Glorb is a pure Light Pokemon, meanint that it is weak to Ghost and Grass attacks.
Glorb is dark bronze-gold colour framed by a thin, yellowy-white sheet, with ochre edges. Glorb has very poor defences, and so to overcome this, abuses its Double Team move. And so the "flocks" of Glorb people claim to see are often just the one! Glorb does not give off light constantly, but it can infuse its whole body with light within seconds, allowing good use of attacks like Flash and Shine Smash.
Glorb has strong Sp Atk for a first stage Pokemon, but it can only exploit this with Ray, a very weak attack. You have to wait to level 23 for the next Special move. By which time Glorb will most likely have evolved. However, in the long run, it does learn the strongest Light move - Super Nova, but of course this a sacrificial move. Glorb's name is a combination of glow and orb.
