Photonic Blast
Special
Power: 100
Acc: 100
PP: 10
The user unleashes a tremendous amount of light that strikes all adjacent Pokemon.
This move is a Special Light equivalent of Earthquake. However, to use this powerful move the Pokemon has to have a free source of Light so the Light can literally explode away. This means it can only be used by Ralos, Igulb, Aquana, Sunamigua and Coronic. Each one protects itself from the Light hitting itself: Ralos is the free source of light, so all photons are moving away from it; the Igulb line retains some of their mystical water film, to stop the light spreading backwards and reflect it forwards; and Coronic has a reflective crown to do much the same thing.
