Fulgella evolves from Cilite at level 30.
Fulgella is a dual Water/Light Pokemon, meaning that it is weak to Grass and Ghost attacks.
Fulgella has a cream body and hat and a dark blue head. It's tentacles are transparent, but are constantly glowing multicoloured. This neon-like light can also be found in the wavy lines on the hat of Fulgella, and like Cilite, these lines flow from top to bottom, and pass the light down to the tentacles. Fulgella, are the "lamps of the ocean floor", as they are found deep in dark trenches anchored to the ground (Ingrain) and light the way for other Pokemon, but any Pokemon which seems to be targeting a Fulgella, will be put off by its Scary Face.
Fulgella's weak points are Spd and Atk, but with only one Physical move (Ray Whip) the Atk is not so much of an issue. And Scary Face can be used to lower the Spd of the foe. Offensively, Fulgella's high Sp Atk of 110 means that when it uses a Special attack with 150 base power, which can be achieved from both Water Spout and Chromobeam, it really packs a punch! Fulgella's name is based on fulgent and flagella.
