The user bends light around it. It halves the accuracy of any attacks launched through it that aren't of the Light type. It last for 5 turns.It can be set up in front of any Pokemon, including the user. The use of a Ghost attack through Refraction will end its effect, as will using Refraction in that area again. It is the signature move of Phlux.
