Ray Whip
Physical
Power: 70
Acc: 100
PP: 15
The user imbues a tail or similar appendage with Light energy and lashes out at the foe. It has increased critical hit ratio.
This is a fairly common move and is in the same category of moves as Slash, Shadow Claw, Night Slash. However, it is very close in attributes to Dazzle Punch. Both are Physical, have the same PP and Acc, just a difference of 5 in power, and then the choice of increased critical hit, or 10% chance of a reduction in the foe's accuracy. The choice between the two is only an issue for Sunamigua, who learns both.
