Corow evolves into Corora at level 16.
Corow is a dual Psychic/Light Pokemon, meaning it is weak to Ghost, Grass and Bug attacks.
Corow is a deep purple, with a pale yellow diamond on its head, with becomes very thin. The 3 balls on its head are green, red and blue. They can be in any order. Corow teleport everywhere, as their normal movement is very sluggish. These Pokemon appear perpetually happy and seem to find everything funny.
But the minute you hear their laughter and turn around they teleport off, making them quite rare.
Corow are very weak, almost approaching Sunkern stat levels. And they don't learn many strong moves. This means the evolution into Corora and learning of confusion is a welcome relief to trainers interested in winning battles.
