Dazzle - Raises user's evasiveness during sunny weather. Also lowers foe's accuracy when struck by a Light attack.
Bask - User restores HP each turn when it is sunny.
Bask essentially acts as another Rain Dish / Ice Body ability, just it works for sunny weather. It is available as an ability to Igulb, Aquana, Sunamigua, Helioun and Helidios. It works just as it sounds, by the pokemon basking in the sunshine, absorbing the solar energy and using it to recover.
Dazzle acts like Snow Cloak / Sand Veil but again for sunny weather. It also has the additional effect of lowering the opponent's accuracy if that opponent uses a Light attack against it. It is available to Prismond, Felior and Feliores (two of my fakemon not of the Light type). It functions as the Pokemon who can wield it often have a very reflective surface on their body, which makes them hard to look at in bright light.
