A spark of light is shot up into the sky, where it causes an almighty flash blinding all battlers, harshly reducing their accuracy.
This attack is unusual in that it negatively affects the user too, unless they are protected by an ability, it misses on them, or Mist has been used. For this move to be used the Pokemon must have a part of their body (tail, spike, staff) to be quite long and able to be straight and point skyward to launch the spark up. It can be used by Pureon, Gelano, Archano, Strobella, Flazard, Raichu, Ampharos, Luxio and Luxray.
