Helidios evolves from Helioun after exposure to a Sun Stone.
Helidios is a pure Light type, meaning it is weak to Ghost and Grass attacks.
Helidios 'heads' vary from grey to pale yellow, depending on how much light they have absorbed, the appnedages are always pale yellow as are their connections. The actual head (the only one which can change expression) is always pale yellow on top, grey underneath. Helidios takes up a lot of space, and will spread its 'heads' around to soak up the most sunlight. It has faces on its other 'heads' to confuse any attackers, as Helidios now lacks the Speed to run away like its prevolution could do. They are very lazy Pokemon.
Helidios are a nuisance to defeat, with 100 Def and Sp Def and 150 HP, and access to Reflect and Light Screen, the are one of the ultimate walls along with Shuckle. Their Sp Atk is also average now, allowing them to actually deal some damage. Moreover, the have access to Heat Wave and Solar Beam, allowing them coverage of more types, and Heat Wave can be used to deal with pesky Grass types that Helidios are weak to. Unfortunately Helidios ceases to learn moves after evolution, and so these must first be learnt as a Helioun. It must be noted though that Helidios' Spd has now massively dropped. Helidios' name is based on the Greek words for sun and god.
