Flazard evolves from Strobella at level 30, it is the final form of Glorb.
Flazard is a pure Light Pokemon, meaning it is weak to Ghost and Grass attacks.
The star around Flazard's eyes is a bronze colour, the majority of its body is an dark ochre, and is lined by brown borders. The bottom star is a yellow-white, and leads down into the other tassels of Flazard's robe-like body, which are all different shades of yellow and brown. Flazard are very good friends with Mismagius. They can often be found swapping spells, and cheekily testing them out on unsuspecting trainers.
With fast Speed, high Sp Atk and strong Special moves like Shine Smash, Flazard make good Special sweepers. However, they still have an appalling Defence stat for a final stage Pokemon, meaning a strong Physical attack can take them down, if they haven't put a Reflect up. Flazard learns Sheet Lightning but has no ability to prevent it lowering its own Accuracy. However, it has access to Swift, so when all the other Pokemon keep missing, at least Flazard has an option that can never miss! Flazard's name is a combination of flash and wizard.
