Point-Lazer
Special
Power: 135
Acc: ...
PP: 5
On the first turn, the user charges up and pin-points its enemy with a quick small red dot. On the second turn, a brilliant red beam is shot at great speed towards pin-pointed foe, meaning that it can't miss.
This is the only move to have a base power of 135. If the pin-pointed foe switches out, then the accuracy becomes 100 (susceptible to Acc and Evasion changes). It can also fail if the foe has used Protect, Detect, Dig or Dive. It can still strike and pin-point Pokemon whilst in flight. It requires a cannon-like appendage on the Pokemon, as well as their ability to generate light. Thus it is available to Verglo, Steedaz and Spectroid. And as egg move to the Cilite line.
