Sunscorch
Special
Power: 80
Acc: 100
PP: 15
A move formerly known as Cloud Break, for it causes the sun's rays to intensify and split through any cloud, and plummet down on the foe. It may cause a burn.
If used during a weather condition other than sun, the base power will be 40 (making it effectively a power of 20 during rain), and there will be no chance of a burn, but the weather will return to normal. When used in neutral weather, the power is 80, and the chance of a burn is 30%. When used in Sunny weather, the base power is 120 (effectively making a Power of 180), and the chance of a burn is 60%, but the weather also returns to normal.
